Tracking my GORNATION order

Packages from GORNATION are shipped with DHL and Deutsche Post from our warehouse in Germany. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation and as soon as the shipment is on its way to you (between Monday-Friday usually within 24h) you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking code. You can enter your tracking code either on this page or directly at the carrier (e.g. DHL or your local post site). Sometimes the carrier forgets to put a note in the mailbox that your package is in a store or at a neighbor's house, so please check the tracking regularly to make sure it is not returned to us.

My package takes longer than stated - what could be the reason?

If you didn't get the shipping confirmation on time, it's probably because there's more parcel traffic than usual in our warehouse right now, so it takes us a little longer to ship than the usual 24h. Sometimes shipping delays are beyond our control, due to congestion or carrier errors e.g. in special periods like before Christmas or restrictions due to COVID-19.
