How can I track my order?

Your GORNATION order is shipped with DHL or UPS from our warehouse in Germany. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as the shipment is on its way (usually within 24h from Monday to Friday) you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking code. You can enter your tracking code either on this page or directly at the carriers website (e.g. DHL or UPS). You can also use your order number and your email address to locate your parcel by entering the details above. 

I haven't received my shipment confirmation yet.

Rarely it happens that you don't receive your shipment confirmation on time. It's probably because our logistic center experiences a higher number of shipment requests, so it takes us a little longer to ship than the usual 24h. We are working hard so that you will receive your shipment confirmation as fast as possible. 

Another reason could be that there's a mistake or a missing information in your shipping address. It that's the case we send you automatically an email to review your address details. Please check your inbox. 

My parcel takes longer than indicated - what could be the reason?

It barely happens that your parcel does not arrive in time. Unfortunately this is usually out of our control. Different circumstances can be the case such as COVID-19 regulations, holidays or couriers errors.

Maybe your parcel is already delivered and is waiting for your pick up at a local store or at your neighbor's home. So please check your tracking regularly to prevent a return to our warehouse. 

Why is my order not moving? 

Sometimes it seems like your parcel is stuck in transit. Your order might be in between the boarders waiting for the next scan. If your package is several days behind schedule and you can't see any progress in tracking either, feel free to contact us so we can help you.   

I have a problem with my order. 

If there's a problem during the delivery of your parcel or you want to change the delivery date or place, please contact the courier in your country (DHL or UPS). They will be happy to solve your problem.
