Stable and so many possibilities
The Extend-It sits really stable in the door frame, is easy to attach, and offers a huge range of training options. Since it can be mounted at any height on the frame, you can do more than Pull Ups - Dragon Flags, Australian Pull Ups, Push Ups and much more.
Sturdy bar
Usually I dont trust bars between doors however this one is very sturdy and I am able to pull myself up without being anxious of the bar falling down. Its also easily detachable and you can attach the bar lower aswell to be able to do rows.
Solid extendable bar for your door frame
Bar is super robust and solid when positioned. I'm over 100kg currently and no hint of movement when in use. Hasn't marked the frame either. I'm very glad I bought this type of bar over the type that sits over the top of the door frame as it is more versatile for different movements and I don't trust the wood at the top of the door frame.
Muscle Up
Couldn't be better. I was worried at first that the Extend-It wouldn't hold me, since it just clamps into the door frame - but I was proven wrong. Thank you! Time to pump.
10/10
The bar hangs very stable in the door frame. No damage to the frame and a secure feeling during training. Top product!

Frequently Asked Questions
The Extend-It and Dip Extension setup covers many exercises in a standard door frame. On the bar, Pull Ups, Chin Ups and Muscle Ups train the lats, biceps and grip, while Front Lever and L-Sit holds load the core and shoulders. On the Dip Extension, Straight Bar Dips hit chest, triceps and front delts, and Dip Shrugs isolate the scapular muscles. Mounted low, the bar adds Inverted Rows for the upper back and rear delts, and Incline Push Ups for chest and triceps. Both parts mount without drilling, so the height changes in seconds between pulling and pushing work.
Extend-It fits door frames with an inner width of 74 to 90 cm (29.1 to 35.4 in) and a depth of at least 5 cm. Measure the inside of the opening, not the outer trim. The bar extends telescopically and locks against both sides, and the Dip Extension clamps onto the mounted bar, so the same measurement covers the full setup.
Yes. Extend-It clamps inside the door frame using telescopic tension and an anti-rotational lock, with no screws, anchors or permanent fixings. Triple anti-slip rubber pads spread the load across 85 cm² per side to protect the frame, and both parts detach in seconds and store flat.
Extend-It and the Dip Extension are both lab tested – Extend-It up to 150 kg (331 lb), the Dip Extension up to 130 kg (287 lb). Both figures cover body weight plus added load such as a weight vest or dip belt.
A doorway pull up bar trains pulling – back, biceps and grip – while a dip station trains pushing – chest, triceps and shoulders. The Dip Extension adds dip handles to the Extend-It bar, so one door frame covers both movement patterns instead of needing two pieces of equipment. It attaches without tools and comes off just as fast.
You need at least 50 cm (19.7 in) of clear space on both the left and right, measured from the centre of your door frame to the nearest wall. The dip handles extend outward from the frame, so a doorway in a narrow hallway or tight corner may not leave enough room.
