The Pull Up Bar is adjustable, compatible with different door widths, and fully removable, making it perfect for flexible home use.

An excellent choice to buy a Door Pull Up Bar

If your goal is to buy a reliable and durable Door Pull Up Bar, the Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it ticks all the boxes. It is built with strong, high-quality materials designed to handle regular and intense training sessions. The non-slip grip provides a comfortable and secure hold, essential for pull-ups, rows, and static exercises.

It is clearly one of the best Door Pull Up Bars for a home gym, whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete.

Dimensions and load capacity

The Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it features an adjustable length from 73 to 90 cm, allowing it to adapt easily to different door frame widths thanks to its telescopic system. The 50 cm padded grips provide a comfortable and secure grip area, ideal for performing multiple repetitions without compromising control.

Its contact surface of 17 x 5 cm (height x width) ensures optimal pressure distribution within the door frame, contributing to improved stability during workouts. For safe installation, the inner width of the door frame must be at least 74 cm and must not exceed 90 cm. The maximum load capacity of 150 kg must never be exceeded to guarantee safe and long-lasting training.

How to install the Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it

Installing the Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it is quick and easy, and no tools are required. Simply place the Pull Up Bar between the door frame, adjust the length using the telescopic system, and make sure it is firmly locked in place. Before starting your workout, gradually test the stability to ensure secure fixation.

Thanks to this system, the Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it remains perfectly secure, even during demanding exercises such as strict pull-ups or isometric holds.

At what height should you fix the Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it?

One of the main advantages of the Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it is the adjustable height positioning. You can adapt it to your body type, level, and training goals, making it a versatile home gym tool for various exercises.

Installed high, it is ideal for classic pull-ups, chin-ups, explosive pull-ups, and static holds targeting the back, arms, and core. At chest height, it becomes perfect for inverted rows, especially for beginners or higher training volume. Positioned at hip height, it allows assisted dips, triceps extensions, core exercises, and controlled strength movements.

Infinite training options

With the Door Pull Up Bar Extend-it, training possibilities are almost endless. It supports upper body exercises such as pull-ups with pronated or supinated grip, chin-ups, inverted rows, incline push-ups on the bar, assisted dips, and static holds.

It can also be used for lower body training, including assisted squats, lunges, pistol squats, leg raises, and dynamic core exercises. This makes it suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.
