  • The Parallettes can be cleaned with a damp cloth without chemical detergents as they may cause damage
  • Store in dry place & dry with a dry cloth in case of contact with moisture
  • Avoid contact with salt water
  • For optimum grip on the floor, clean the rubber on the feet regularly

Combinability with a Weight Vest

For progressive strength gains on your Premium Parallettes, combine them with the GORNATION Weight Vest. It lets you safely add weight to your training for steady overload and faster progress.

How to use our Weight Vest:

  • Put the vest on and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit.
  • Make sure the weight sits evenly across your torso without restricting movement.
  • Perform exercises with smooth, controlled motions.
  • Start light and increase weight gradually as form stays solid.

Training Ideas:

  • Strength sets: 4–6 reps × 3–5 sets with long rests (2–3 min).
  • Weighted holds: 10–20 s support holds at lockout to build stability.
  • Tempo push ups: 3–4 s eccentric, short pause, controlled press for time under tension.
  • Steps to heavy: Add small amounts of weight weekly while maintaining proper form.

Safety Tips:

  • Verify the stability before training.
  • Avoid jerky movements; use smooth reps to protect shoulders and core.
  • Consider Wrist Wraps and Chalk for extra support and grip.

Care Instructions (Weight Vest):

  • The weight vest can be washed in the washing machine at 30° without fabric softener
  • The straps should be removed before washing
  • Keep the velcro fasteners closed as much as possible during washing
  • Air dry
  • Do not use a dryer or fabric softener

If a defect should occur in one of our products, due to a production or material error, our warranty takes effect. This means that the damage will be repaired free of charge, or you will receive a replacement product.
