Which equipment are the Weight Plates compatible with?

With a 50 mm hole diameter, they fit all standard barbells and dumbbells. They’re also perfect for weighted calisthenics with the GORNATION Dip Belt, since the carabiner slides easily through the center opening.

Which exercises can I do with the Weight Plates?

They’re ideal for weighted pull ups, dips, and squats, and also work great for classic strength movements like deadlifts, rows, and presses. Thanks to the integrated grips, you can also use them for core work, warm-ups, and functional movements with full control

Are the Weight Plates safe and durable?

Yes. The solid cast iron is extremely robust and resistant to wear. The textured surface provides a secure grip during every set.

Do all plates have integrated grips?

No. The 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg plates don’t have grips. From 5 kg upwards, the plates feature ergonomic handles for safe and versatile training.

Are the Weight Plates suitable for outdoor use?

No. They’re designed exclusively for indoor training. Moisture, rain, and weather exposure can damage the material over time.

Which products pair well with the Weight Plates?

They work perfectly with standard barbells and dumbbells, and with the GORNATION Dip Belt. Ideal for weighted pull ups, dips, and other calisthenics movements, as well as general strength training.
