The three variants of the Premium Parallettes all have different benefits & special features. The ACTIVE Parallettes feature a compact design and are perfect to take with you & on the go. The PRO Parallettes are the most stable Parallettes. Their low height & wide feet make them perfect for balance exercises like handstands. The taller MAX Parallettes offer maximum exercise versatility and a wide range of motion.

Due to their stability, many exercises can be performed on the Parallettes Active, whether handstands, planche or push-ups. The pair is loadable up to 500kg and therefore safe for your training.
The Parallettes Pro are suitable due to their stability and low height for all exercises that you would normally perform on the floor, such as handstands, push-ups or planche. The advantage here is that the wrists are relieved and more control & balance can be exercised through the wooden handles.
The Parallettes Max offer the greatest variety of exercises among the Premium Parallettes due to their 30cm height. Exercises for all levels & body groups can be performed on the Parallettes, such as push-ups, tricep dips, handstands, L-sits, planches and more.

Parallettes offer the advantage over training on the floor that the wrists are relieved and, for example, in handstands, push-ups or planche less load is put on the wrists. In addition, you have more control & possibilities on the handles of the Parallettes. Due to the taller construction, you can perform more exercises & can use the full range of motion that you don't have on the floor. Training on Parallettes is also more comfortable for your hands & more hygienic compared to stone floor or asphalt.

Wood provides the best grip and soaks up moisture in your hands instead of becoming slippery. On wood you have the best control and safety during your workout.

The ACTIVE and PRO Parallettes are delivered assembled and ready for your workout. The Parallettes MAX are mounted on the feet with 4 screws each and are ready for your workout within a few minutes. Of course, you will receive the tools for this together with your delivery.

Yes, the rubber feet provide good grip on carpet, asphalt, sand and tartan. For the best grip on the floor, make sure you keep the feet free of dust & dirt.

Yes, the equipment is suitable for outdoor use and outdoor workouts are no problem. The wood of the parallettes and rings is not weather resistant, should be stored dry and dried after contact with moisture.

The rings can be hung flexibly outdoors & indoors with the two enclosed 4.5m long straps. Before you hang the rings, carefully check the load capacity of the hanging point. For hanging outdoors, e.g. soccer goals, playgrounds or calisthenics parks are suitable.
