  • The door frame must protrude at least 1.5 cm and a maximum of 2 cm from the wall, in order to provide the anchors of the Pull Up Bar enough hold.
  • The height of the door frame must not exceed 8.5 cm.
  • The depth of the door frame must be at least 12 cm and not more than 21 cm.
  • Make sure to not exceed the maximum load of 130 kg.
  • Make sure that your door frame can withstands the loads.

  • Clean with a damp cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners as they may cause damage

The Hook-it pull-up bar offers a safe and sturdy construction, easy attachment and detachment in seconds, and multiple grip options for versatile training. Its compact, foldable design makes it ideal for small spaces, ensuring efficient workouts without taking up extra room.

The Hook-it Pull Up Bar is compatible with many door frames, provided they meet specific criteria. The door frame must protrude 1.5 to 2 cm from the wall, have a height no greater than 8.5 cm, and a depth between 12 and 21 cm. Additionally, the frame must support the bar’s maximum load of 130 kg.

With its multiple grip options and two bar thicknesses, you can perform pull-ups, chin-ups, and grip-strength exercises. The coarse surface ensures optimal grip for secure and effective workouts.

Its compact, foldable design allows for easy storage and portability, while the coarse grip surface and multiple bar thicknesses offer enhanced comfort and versatility. It's the perfect choice for home gyms and fitness enthusiasts seeking flexibility and durability.
