    HOW TO USE

    • Putting on the Power Wrist Wraps is very easy, moreover, each pair of the bandages comes with step-by-step instructions. The bandages are marked left and right. Place your thumb in the loop and wrap the bandage outward around your wrist. Finally, adjust the strength of the support and close the bandage with the velcro.

    CARE GUIDE

    • You can wash the Wrist Wraps in the washing machine at 30 degrees without fabric softener 
    • When washing, make sure that the Velcro fastener is closed 
    • Do not put them in the dryer, air dry them instead 
    • Keep out of reach of dirt and zippers to avoid damage to fabric or Velcro. The included bag for transport & storage will help you to do this

    The Power Wrist Wraps have one purpose: stability. Due to the stretchy material, the thumb loop and the velcro fastener you can create a lot of support for your wrist and therefore more power.

    Ideal for Statics and Weighted Calisthenics

    You want more safety during your skills or for your training with weights the extra strength? The Power Wrist Wraps make this possible. They limit your freedom of movement more than the GORNATION Performance Wrist Wraps, but offer more stability and support.

    Power Wrist Wraps or Performance Wrist Wraps - which one is right for me?

    The Power Wrist Wraps offer greater stability than the Performance Wrist Wrap and can be fastened more easily with a thumb loop and Velcro. In addition, the freedom of movement is restricted, which can be helpful for e.g. front levers and dips. The Performance Wrist Wraps, on the other hand, allow the full range of motion and support you in e.g. handstands on the floor, where your wrists have to bend far.
