Whether beginner or advanced, everyone joined in for a day full of training, inspiration, and community spirit – proving once again how powerful the calisthenics movement is.
A Look Back at the Event
The Event was held outdoors at the Calisthenics Park Wildau, Jahnstraße 30a, 15745 Wildau, the event offered the perfect setup: a well-equipped training spot, great weather, and the best company. Starting at 3:00 PM, the park quickly filled with motivated athletes training together, sharing their experiences, or simply enjoying the vibe.
True to the spirit of calisthenics, the event was open and free to attend – no registration, no fees, just pure community energy. Whether you brought a training partner, a group of friends, or came solo, you were immediately part of something bigger.

Train with the Best – Meet the Athletes
One of the highlights was the chance to meet and train with four elite athletes – each bringing their own unique strengths and style to the park:
- Baki impressed with his powerful weighted calisthenics skills – combining strength and flawless form in exercises like heavy pull-ups and muscle-ups with added weight.
- Carlo showcased his mastery of advanced statics like the planche, inspiring everyone with his balance and core control.
- Yehor focused on static strength elements such as the front lever and handstand – demonstrating impressive precision and control.
- William brought it all together as an all-round calisthenics athlete, emphasizing strong basics, clean form, and long-term progression.
The athletes didn’t just perform – they actively engaged with the community, answered questions, shared tips, and jumped into spontaneous challenges with participants. A rare opportunity to connect directly with some of the best in the game.
Challenges, Fun & Prizes
Beyond open training, the event featured exciting community challenges designed to bring people together. A special highlight was the team-based battles, where groups joined forces and competed in friendly matchups that pushed limits and boosted the energy.
The challenges were open to everyone and aimed to spark motivation, try new things, and support others along the way.
Winners of certain challenges were also rewarded with GORNATION equipment – including favorites like resistance bands, liquid chalk, and more training gear to power their next workout.
But the real prize? The shared experience of progress, connection, and motivation. Whether you participated or just cheered from the sidelines – you were part of something powerful.
