There is a variety of equipment that belongs in every sports bag of an ambitious calisthenics and fitness athlete. These include, for example, resistance bands for warming up + stretching, liquid chalk for a secure grip and also stabilizing wrist bandages that reduce the strain on the wrist during heavy exercises and increase blood flow.
Wrist bandages, also known as wrist wraps, help with exercises such as dips, handstands or bench presses, where the wrist is either exposed to a lot of weight and/or an unhealthy angle as with push-ups or handstands on the floor. Here the wrist is completely bent and can be supported by compression from the outside and the blood flow can be increased.
Where training without bandages is recommended for training sets without pain, so that the wrist gets used to the load, it is recommended for heavy sets or the end of a long training to support the joint with Wrist Wraps.
This works best and easiest with Power Wrist Wraps, which can be easily folded over with thumb loops and Velcro fasteners and provide maximum safety with the stretchy material. They restrict the freedom of movement (ROM/Range of Motion) and thus protect the wrist from uncontrolled movements in the wrong direction.
If you also like to go to your limit in your workout and want to support your wrist, we recommend our Power Wrist Wraps, which can take your workout to the next level with their noble design, high-quality workmanship and above all strong support.
Good luck with your goals! Keep growing,

The Chalk can increase your performance, while working out. Both variants have their advantages and disadvantages, whereby a better grip is ensured by both products, so that the main purpose here is fulfilled very well in each case.
