How do I care for the Dip Bars to ensure durability?

The indoor version should be mounted in a dry location and cleaned regularly with a damp cloth — avoid harsh cleaning agents. The outdoor version is made of galvanized, powder-coated steel, making it weather-resistant and rust-proof. To extend its lifespan, we recommend wiping it dry after exposure to rain or moisture.

What is the difference between the indoor and outdoor versions?

The indoor version features a matte powder coating for optimal grip and a clean look & feel. The outdoor version is additionally galvanized for corrosion resistance — perfect for permanent outdoor use without compromising stability or functionality.

At what width and height should the Dip Bars be mounted?

Since the Dip Bars consist of two separate elements, you can adjust the width individually. A recommended grip width is around 53 cm, but this can vary depending on your height and arm length. As a good guideline for height, mount them roughly at chest level so you can comfortably get in and out. To make entry and exit even easier, you can also use our Wooden Plyo Box.

What material are the handles made of, and how is the grip?

The handles are made of solid steel and coated with a matte powder finish. They do not have additional rubber padding but provide a secure and comfortable grip thanks to the textured surface and a diameter of 4.5 cm.
