You can perform all fundamental exercises such as pull-ups, chin-ups, hangs, or leg raises. Thanks to the generous wall clearance, more advanced movements like toes-to-bar or muscle-ups are also possible. Additionally, you can attach Workout Rings, Resistance Bands, or suspension trainers to customize your workout – ideal for beginners and advanced users alike.

The Medium version is more compact and perfect for smaller rooms or users training in limited space.
