“They feel really stable and help me out a lot with dips by keeping my elbows secure and warm”
NinoTraunreut, DE
“The workmanship is really great and the bandages fit very well, not too tight and not too loose. The material is rather thicker, which only has advantages for me. All in all, a great product that has been with me training with the rings for a long time”
Christopher L.Bochum, Deutschland
“Effective in any discipline. Extra reps with these elbow pads! Better support due to their length, very comfortable.”
Anonymous
“High quality product, very pleasant to the touch and in contact with the skin. It squeezes the muscles well, properly, without crushing them. I highly recommend this product that will accompany you during every workout!”
Kyllian
“Great for warming up and keeping your elbows warm. Mobility remains unlimited. Much lighter than powerlifting sleeves, but very comfortable for all Cali basics: dips, pull-ups, push-ups, etc. I'm completely satisfied”
Carlos

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Elbow sleeves provide compression & warmth for your workout. By supporting the elbow, biceps and forearm, they help you gain more stability and strength. In addition, they protect the skin during ring training and are a mental support for new personal bests.

Elbow sleeves can be used wherever you need extra support for your forearm, elbow and biceps. In general, Elbow Sleeves are mostly used for push exercises, as this is where the greatest load is placed on the elbow, for example during dips, push-ups or planches.

Yes, you will receive a pair of Elbow Sleeves (two pieces) with a carry pouch for travel.

Our Arm Sleeves are made of the same material and offer the same benefits as Elbow Sleeves. However, the Arm Sleeves are slightly longer, so that the entire upper & lower arm are also covered. Whichever variant suits you better is purely a matter of preference.

Elbow Sleeves by GORNATION for your training

Support your training with elbow sleeves

Our elbow sleeves, also known as elbow wraps, offer you the perfect support for your training. They are specially designed for athletes who want to improve their performance and prevent injuries. Available in a range of colors and sizes, GORNATION elbow sleeves provide comfortable compression that ensures stability and support for the forearm, elbow and upper arm. Whether you're doing calisthenics, weight training or other intense workouts, our supports will help you get the most out of your training.

Fabric and quality

Our elbow supports are made from a high-quality fabric blend of 65% nylon, 30% polyester and 5% elastane. This combination ensures an optimal fit and durability. The supports provide pleasant compression, which promotes blood circulation and therefore supports regeneration. The delivery includes two bandages (one pair) and a practical transport bag for easy storage and transportation.

Fit and sizes

To find the right size for your elbow wraps, measure the circumference of your stretched and relaxed elbow. Our sizes are as follows:

If you are between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size for more comfort and the smaller size for more performance.

Areas of application and sports

Our elbow supports are ideal for various sports and applications. They provide support for pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups and other calisthenics exercises. They are also an indispensable accessory for weight training, gymnastics and street lifting. The supports help to prevent tennis elbow and golfer's elbow by reducing the strain on the tendons and the elbow joint. They are also useful in the prevention and treatment of tendinitis in the elbow.

Performance enhancement and protection

The elbow sleeves for lifting by GORNATION improve your training performance by providing stability and support. The compression supports muscle contraction and ensures greater strength and endurance. At the same time, the supports protect against overloading and overtraining, which helps to avoid training breaks. The compression and stability for the biceps, forearm and elbow joint allow you to concentrate fully on your training.

Care instructions

To ensure that your compression elbow sleeves last a long time, you should look after them properly. You can wash the sleeves in the washing machine at 30 degrees without fabric softener. They should not be put in the dryer, but should be left to air dry. Keep the bandages out of reach of hook-and-loop fasteners and zippers to prevent damage to the fabric. The enclosed bag for transportation and storage helps you to keep your supports safe.

Elbow sleeves vs. arm sleeves

Our arm sleeves are made from the same material and offer the same benefits as the elbow sleeves. However, the arm sleeves are slightly longer and provide compression for the entire upper and lower arm. Which version suits you better depends on your personal preferences and needs. Both variants offer excellent support and stability for your training.

Scientific background and studies

Studies have shown that compression supports such as our elbow supports can reduce muscle fatigue and improve recovery. The compression promotes blood circulation and helps to reduce inflammation. This can prevent injuries and improve performance.

Available in practical economy sets

Our elbow sleeves are also available in various equipment bundles, such as the Weighted Calisthenics Set. This set also contains our Power Wrist Wraps and a dip belt. The elbow sleeves are particularly helpful for calisthenics with additional weight, as they stabilize the elbow and support the muscles. This is particularly important to prevent injuries during exercises such as dips and pull-ups with additional weight and to improve training performance at the same time.

Customer experiences and reviews

Numerous athletes have already had positive experiences with our elbow supports. They report a noticeable improvement in their performance and a reduction in pain and injuries. Our customers particularly appreciate the high quality and comfort of our supports.

Tips and tricks for use

To get the most out of your elbow supports, you should wear them during all intensive training sessions. Make sure you choose the right size and put the supports on correctly to ensure maximum support and comfort. Combine the supports with other supportive accessories such as wrist supports for a comprehensive and gentle workout.
