The main benefits of the Metal Parallettes are their dimensions, which offer a wide array of training possibilities. Both their height & length offer a lot of range of motion, allowing for deeper pushups, feet-assisted dips, L-sits and other exercises that benefit from a greater clearance off the ground. The sturdiness of the steel build is also a major benefit, in achieving an overall robust training experience.

The Metal Parallettes offer the greatest variety of exercises due to their 40cm height. Exercises for all levels & body groups can be performed on the Parallettes, such as push-ups, tricep dips, handstands, L-sits, planches and more.

Parallettes are easy to transport and can be taken to any workout. In addition, compared to a fixed bar, parallettes offer more flexibility in terms of width or angle of the bars. The low height also allows for a different variety of exercises and more control & concentration during balance exercises like handstands.

The powder-coated steel grip featured on the Metal Parallettes provides a strong & safe grip during exercise. Due to the matte finish, the feeling in the hands is very secure. In combination with the included grip tape, or chalk (not included), you can enhance the grip even further.

The Metal Parallettes are heavier, longer, and taller than any of the Premium Parallettes, which makes them a good option for your home gym. The Premium Parallettes are more suitable to travel with due to their dimensions. It also depends on your personal preferences, especially regarding whether you prefer a steel or beech wood grip on you Parallettes. Both offer a sturdy grip, and the choice depends on personal preference.
